Incorporated since 2003, Comfort Property Management Inc. was conceived by its founder and President, Gabriel Dolnicianu in response to a growing number of dissatisfied condominium corporations caught between large companies’ “cookie cutter” management style and small, over extended companies’ poor product.

Management team

Gabriel Dolnicianu – CEO

Gabriel Dolnicianu began his property management career in his native Romania in 1988. Since that time Gabriel has been involved in all aspects of property management giving him a well-rounded experience base from which to draw.

Gabriel has achieved his R.C.M. and A.I.H.M. designations. Although he is experienced in both commercial and residential property management, he focuses on managing residential condominium high-rises.

Andreea Dolnicianu – President

Andreea specializes in Business Administration and Economics on both an international and national level. Her business acumen together with her rich experience in client relations enables her to assist the Comfort Property Management Inc. team in its customized property management services product and high level of customer service promise, which is essential to the philosophy of providing quality services to all clients at a reasonable cost.

Andreea brings substantial Property Management experience to the team, together with proficiency in finance and energy and environmental economics. She has been intimately involved in the company’s policies and procedures program that works to provide support for the company’s employees as a tool with which the company can ensure client satisfaction and achieve its mission. Last but not least, her belief in the value of communication and empathy comforts both our team and our clients.

Andreea has attended the Schulich School of Business at York University for a bachelor degree in international business administration and the Norwegian School of Economics for a master’s of science degree in economics and business administration.
